Heidi Klum arrived at her annual party in style dressed as Medusa. Klum, who is a German-American model and TV personality and known as the ‘Queen of Halloween’ revealed yet another stunning costume in New York City on Friday (October 31, 2025) as the midnight inched closer.
The model, attending the party with her husband, appeared in a striking costume featuring a headpiece of writhing snakes, sharp fangs, and a forked tongue. Her look was completed with a full snakeskin bodysuit and a lengthy tail. She carried a bow and arrow, which she playfully pointed at Kaulitz while occasionally flashing her forked tongue at photographers in a teasing manner.
Tom Kaulitz also appeared in an elaborate look as a knight turned to stone fighting against her. Klum hosted her 24th Halloween bash, presented by Butterfinger and Huluween on Disney+, at Hard Rock Hotel New York’s The Venue on Music Row. Klum’s habit of turning with a jaw dropping look has ensured that the party organized by her has become one of the signature events of Spooky Season. In recent years, she has transformed into E.T., a peacock, Fiona from Shrek, Jessica Rabbit and famously, a worm.
Before surprising people with the look during the party, Klum had been dropping major hints related to this year’s costume all month on her social media. Recently speaking to Good Morning America, she said, “I’m going to be very ugly — very scary, but very ugly.”
Throughout the day on Friday, she offered sneak peeks of her transformation, sharing on social media as her prosthetics and fangs were carefully applied.

In a video posted to her Instagram showing the behind-the-scenes of last year’s E.T. costume, the model revealed the origins of her signature party, remembering, “It all started about 25 years ago when I was searching for the party in New York City and I thought, ‘I’m going to have to take that one over.'” She added that over the years as the pressure to beat her past costumes has grown, “I have sleepless nights over Halloween, you have no idea. I always hope that it works out.”
