Political mega-fight today in Bihar elections 2025: PM Modi will hold rallies in Arrah, Nawada and attend mega road show in Patna. Rahul Gandhi and Amit Shah will also contest. Election atmosphere heated up in Bihar.
New Delhi. The political temperature in Bihar elections 2025 is rising every day. Sunday is going to be a very important day for the politics of Bihar because Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a mega road show in Patna today and address public meetings in Arrah and Nawada. This is the same Bihar where the path to reach the seat of power passes through the people's mandate and Modi has set out to decorate this path in his own way.
PM Modi will do mega road show in Patna today
Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Patna road show will start from Dinkar Golambar this evening and will reach Udyog Bhawan near Gandhi Maidan. Before the road show, Modi will pay floral tributes at the statue of national poet Ramdhari Singh Dinkar. In the evening he will pay obeisance at Takht Shri Harmandir Ji Patna Sahib Gurdwara. This road show is also special because this will be Modi's third road show after the Lok Sabha elections, and it is being considered as BJP's "poll show of strength".
Public meetings in Arrah and Nawada: Will 'Modi-Modi' resonate again?
Modi will also address election rallies in Arrah and Nawada on Sunday. Here he will campaign in support of NDA candidates and try to connect with the public on the development agenda. Elections for the 243-seat Bihar Assembly will be held in two phases on November 6 and 11. Voting will take place on 121 seats in the first phase.
Rahul Gandhi and Amit Shah are also in the fray - whose wave will prevail in Bihar?
While on one hand Modi is going to heat up the atmosphere with his road shows, on the other hand the opposition is also not lagging behind. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will hold rallies in Begusarai and Khagaria today, while Home Minister Amit Shah will hold public meetings in support of NDA candidates in Muzaffarpur and Vaishali. Now everyone's eyes are on whether Modi's Patna road show and Shah's rallies will be able to give lead to NDA or not, because INDIA alliance is also making the contest interesting on every front.
Question in the minds of the people of Bihar - will 'Modi magic' work again?
The BJP-JDU alliance had formed the government in the 2020 elections, but this time the equations have changed. Caste mathematics, local issues and alliance strategies can play a decisive role this time. Now it remains to be seen whether Modi's road show and rallies will signal the return of NDA in Bihar or will the opposition create a new history?
