Material (Chocolate Shrikhand Recipe)
- Curd (hung curd) – 2 cups
- Powdered sugar – ½ cup
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
- Dark or milk chocolate (grated) – 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
- Milk – 2–3 tbsp (for creaminess)
- For decoration – chocolate shavings or chocolate chips

Method (Chocolate Shrikhand Recipe)
- First of all, tie the curd in a muslin cloth and hang it for 4-5 hours so that all the water gets drained out. This will give you hung curd.
- Now put hung curd in a bowl and beat it well with a whisker or spoon so that it becomes completely smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla essence into it. If you want, add some milk to give it a creamy texture.
- Now add grated chocolate to it and mix gently. Put the Shrikhand in a serving bowl and keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours to cool.
- Serve chilled Shrikhand with chocolate shavings on top.
