Materials:

  • Kurdai powder
  • Onion
  • tomato
  • Green chillies
  • Garlic
  • came
  • salt
  • Mustard
  • Asafoetida
  • Oil
  • Coriander
  • salt
  • curry leaves

Action:

  • To prepare Kurdai bhaji, first of all, heat water in a pot and soak Kurdai powder in it. After keeping it for 15 minutes, remove the kurdai from the water.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Then add asafoetida and mix.
  • Then add finely chopped onion and tomato and mix well. Add salt to taste and mix to cook the onion.
  • After the onion tomatoes are cooked properly, add turmeric and ginger garlic paste to it and mix well.
    Then add the soaked kurdaya and mix well. After one steam, add finely chopped coriander on top
  • Mix well.
  • Kurdai vegetable made in a simple way is ready. This dish is mainly made in Marathwada.
