Starring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama Yash as Ravana and Sai Pallavi as Sita the film is being hailed as a once-in-a-generation magnum opus with a jaw-dropping budget of Rs 4000 crore. Ranbir’s fitness coach Shivohaam earlier revealed on Humans of Bombay that “Ranbir gained 10-12 kilos for the role of Vijay.” That phase focused on building strength and mass. Now for Ramayana the actor has completely switched gears. His current regimen emphasises agility precision and the spiritual embodiment of Lord Rama. His training includes a mix of high-intensity workouts and outdoor routines combining traditional gym sessions with callisthenics battle ropes cycling hiking and swimming.
