For the pizza base:

  • Flour – 1 cup
  • Dry yeast – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – half a teaspoon
  • Salt – pinch
  • Warm water – as required
  • Oil – 1 tbsp

For the topping:

  • Onion – 1 finely chopped
  • Chilli – 1 finely chopped
  • Tomato – 1 finely chopped
  • Paneer – half cup cubed
  • Cooked sweet corn – 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilli – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala – half tsp
  • Oregano and chili flakes – to taste
  • Cheese – as required
  • Tomato sauce or pizza sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Oil – a little

Action:

  • For this, first put yeast, sugar and warm water in a bowl and cover it for 10 minutes, so that the yeast becomes active.
  • After this, mix the flour, salt and oil and add the yeast mixture. Knead the soft dough and keep it covered for 1 hour, so that it rises.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and fry onion, bell pepper, tomato, corn and paneer. Red in it
  • Add the chillies and garam masala and let the vegetables lightly taste.
  • Take the puffed dough and collect it and make a round base. Keep the base thick so that it becomes soft and crispy after cooking.
  • Spread the tomato sauce over the base. Place the prepared vegetable mixture on it and sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Bake this pizza in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. If you don’t have an oven, you can also cook it on a pan with a lid on the gas.
  • After baking, serve the pizza while it’s still warm, garnished with oregano and chili flakes.
