– Created a stir in the first phase, now the future of Bihar will be decided in the second phase
Patna . Now only women’s vote will decide the future in Bihar Assembly elections-2025. For the first time, women, who are half the population of the state, have emerged as a decisive force in the electoral scenario on a large scale. Political analysts are calling this a new era of ‘secret voter’, which is directly changing the electoral equation and having a big impact on the strategies of political parties. After the activism seen in the first phase of Bihar Assembly elections, women voters have now become the key for both the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and the Grand Alliance.
Women voters are deciding the future of Bihar on the issues of development and trust.
Due to the awareness of the Election Commission and the schemes of the government, women are now fully alert and active in voting. During voting in small towns and villages, it was clearly seen that women are not only voting but are also sending their message on government, development and employment. Political experts say that women voters in Bihar are now taking decisions not on the campaign slogans of any party or caste equations, but on the issue of development and stable governance.
Self-employment and schemes strengthen the hands of women voters
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the central leadership have made available an amount of Rs 10,000 directly into the accounts of women, so that they can start self-employment. Along with this, the Chief Minister has announced to give Rs 9,000 (Rs 6000 from ‘PM Kisan Samman Nidhi’ and Rs 3000 from ‘Karpoori Thakur Kisan Samman Nidhi’) to the farmers in a year through ‘Karpoori Thakur Kisan Samman Nidhi’. Till now, Rs 6000 is available annually under the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Schemes like Ujjwala, Ayushman Bharat, Laadli Behna, Jan Dhan and PM Awas strengthened the economic and social status of women and rural families. Its effect was clearly visible in the voting. Women are now not only voting but also raising their voice.
Women are changing the political equation
Political analyst believes that the rise of women voters in Bihar is both a big shock and challenge for political parties. Both the NDA and the opposition Grand Alliance have now understood that this half of the population is not only voting but also deciding the direction of the elections. Now women’s vote in Bihar will be decided on trust, development and self-employment. This election has become a symbol of the victory not only of the government but also of the public and development conscious women voters.
Women emerged as decisive players in the first phase of voting
Political analysts say that this change has come due to women emerging as ‘secret voters’. ‘Secret vote’ does not just mean secret voting, but it has become a symbol of women’s decision-making freedom and political wisdom. In the first phase of voting, women of Bihar have emerged as decisive players in the electoral field. The ‘secret vote’ of half the population made it clear that now women are not just voters but have become the new power of politics.
