Materials:
- Legs of Goat – 4 to 5
- Onion – 2 medium sized (finely chopped)
- Ginger-garlic paste – 2 teaspoons
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Turmeric – ½ tsp
- Red Chilli – 1 tsp
- Coriander-cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Water – as required
- Coriander – for garnish

Action:
- For this, feet should be washed first. The hair or residue on the bones should be burnt off and boiled in clean water with a little salt. This removes the bad smell.
- Heat oil in a cooker, add onion and fry until it turns golden. After that add ginger-garlic paste and saute until it smells good.
- Now add turmeric, chili powder, coriander-cumin powder and a little garam masala. Mix all the spices together well.
- Add the boiled legs to the cooker and saute for 5-7 minutes along with the spices. Therefore, the taste of the spice gets absorbed in the legs.
- Now add about 4 to 5 cups of hot water and add salt. Cover the cooker and cook till 5-6 whistles.
- After the cooker cools down, remove the lid and watch the soup. If the soup seems thick, add a little more water and boil it.
Take the prepared base soup in a bowl and add coriander on top. You can also add some lemon juice if you want. Serve the soup hot. - Foot soup helps strengthen bones, relieves joint pain, and boosts immunity by increasing body heat. This soup is especially useful on cold days.
