NCR-based real estate developer Gaurs group is targeting Rs 2,000 crore revenue from its new premium housing project the Yamuna Expressway region, driven by strong demand around Jewar airport.
Gaurs Group has already developed a 250-acre township on the Yamuna Expressway and has now launched the first phase of its new housing project in the Yamuna Expressway region.
“The company will develop around 950 units, with a saleable area of 20 lakh sq ft, in the first phase of this 12-acre project. Another 250 units will come up in the second phase,” said Sarthak Gaur, Director of Gaurs Group.
The project has been launched at a basic selling price (BSP) of Rs 8,000 per sq ft, with apartments starting from Rs 1.9 crore. According to Gaur, the company is witnessing strong customer response for this green project featuring a wide range of modern amenities.
He added that the development of infrastructure projects, including the upcoming Jewar airport, would drive demand for residential and commercial properties in this region. The Yamuna Expressway connects Noida and Greater Noida to Agra.
In addition to the residential project, Gaurs Group will also develop a shopping mall and a five-star hotel along the Expressway.
In August, Gaurs Group announced the acquisition of a 12-acre land parcel in Sector 22-D to develop this new residential project. The company will invest about Rs 1,400 crore to build the project.
