In the Ranji Trophy 2025-26 season, Meghalaya all-rounder Akash Chaudhary has performed a miracle which has been recorded in the history of Indian cricket. In the match against Arunachal Pradesh, 25-year-old Akash broke the record of scoring the fastest 50 runs in first class cricket by completing his half-century in just 11 balls. Earlier this record was in the name of Wynn Knight who had scored a half-century in 12 balls.
