Ananya Panday is all smiles as she embarks on a new cinematic journey. The actress, who has been balancing a string of diverse projects, has officially begun shooting for her next film — Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri. What makes this project particularly special is that it marks Ananya’s 13th film, a number she considers her lucky charm.

To share the milestone with fans, Ananya took to social media and posted a picture of a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers, teasing the start of her new project. Alongside the image, she wrote, “Day 1. New beginnings. Lucky number 13.” While the flowers caught fans’ attention, many were also curious about the mystery sender. Nonetheless, the actress’ radiant excitement was evident as she stepped into another promising phase of her career.

Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri is a romantic comedy that reunites Ananya with actor Kartik Aaryan after their successful pairing in Pati Patni Aur Woh (2019). The film is directed by Sameer Vidwans, who last collaborated with Kartik on Satyaprem Ki Katha (2023). Slated for a theatrical release on December 31, 2025, the film promises to close the year on a heartwarming and entertaining note. With its mix of charm, laughter, and romance, the project aims to deliver a perfect festive-season love story.

Announcing the release date on X (formerly Twitter), Kartik Aaryan wrote, “Your last day of the year is with us! Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri releases 31st Dec 2025!! The year ends but Love Begins.” The announcement immediately sent fans into a frenzy, eagerly anticipating the reunion of one of Bollywood’s most loved on-screen pairs.

Apart from this project, Ananya has another highly anticipated film lined up — Chand Mera Dil, a romantic drama produced by Dharma Productions. Directed by Vivek Soni, the film co-stars Lakshya, marking his first collaboration with Ananya. Backed by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, and Apoorva Mehta, the film is scheduled for a theatrical release on April 10, 2026 after being postponed from its original 2025 slot.
