Investigation Expands in Delhi Blast Case with New Arrest of Medical Professional

The investigation into the recent explosion at the Red Fort in Delhi has intensified, with authorities detaining another medical professional. This individual has been identified as Dr. Sajjad Ahmad Malla, the son of Nazir Ahmad Malla from Bandzoo, Pulwama. Dr. Sajjad, who holds both MBBS and MD degrees, is being questioned regarding his potential connections to the terrorist module linked to the blast that occurred on November 10, which resulted in the deaths of 12 individuals and left over 20 injured. He is the fourth doctor to be arrested in connection with the Kashmir-Faridabad-Delhi terror case, as officials probe deeper into the expanding terrorist network.


Growing Medical Network in Terror Module

The investigation into the Delhi blast now involves four doctors—three from Kashmir and one from Lucknow—who are believed to be part of an organized network associated with the Faridabad terror module.


Key Suspects Identified So Far

Dr. Umar ul Nabi Dar: A resident of Pulwama, he worked at Al-Falah University in Faridabad and is reported to have purchased the vehicle used in the explosion. Family members are currently in custody for DNA testing.


Dr. Adil: A resident of Anantnag who recently got married in October. He is linked to an AK-47 rifle recovered from GMC Anantnag.


Dr. Muzammil Shakeel: Also from Pulwama, he worked in Faridabad and is under investigation due to his connections with Dr. Shaheen.


Dr. Shaheen: A female doctor from Lucknow, suspected of playing a central role in recruitment and coordination.
