This recipe is protein rich, filling and quick to make. Notably, it uses less oil and has a light touch of special spices in the taste, which makes the dish healthy but also tasty. Materials:
- Eggs – 3
- Butter – 1 tsp
- Milk – 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion – 1 small
- Finely chopped green chillies – 1
- Finely chopped coriander – a little
- Salt – as per taste
- Black pepper powder – pinch

Action:
- For this, first of all, break eggs in a bowl, add milk, salt and black pepper powder and beat them well. Milk makes the texture of eggs soft and creamy.
- Heat the butter in a non-stick pan. When the butter melts a little, add onion and chillies and fry until light golden.
- Now pour the beaten egg into it and keep stirring gently on medium flame. Don’t overcook the eggs once they start to harden.
- Turn off the heat when the eggs are half cooked. The residual heat cooks the eggs thoroughly. This keeps scrambled eggs soft and creamy.
- Top with coriander and serve.
- If desired, add a little butter and black pepper powder on top to enhance the taste.
- Serve this scrambled egg with toasted bread, multigrain bread or baked paratha for a restaurant-like breakfast.
