  • Milk Pumpkin Peel
  • Green chillies
  • came
  • Garlic
  • salt
  • Lemon juice

  • Asafoetida

  • To make dudhi pumpkin peel chutney, first of all, heat oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds and asafoetida.
  • After that, add the washed scallions, green chillies, ginger, garlic and saute on low flame. Turn off the heat after the vegetable gets steamed.
