Kanpur. The Kanpur connection has been exposed after the terrorists were arrested after the terrorist blast near the Red Fort. Dr. Shaheen, who once served as a doctor in GSVM Medical College, Kanpur, turned out to be the chief of the women’s wing of the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed. Shaheen, a traitor to the country, was also associated with Jaish’s Jamaat ul Mominat organization. She was entrusted with the responsibility of creating a women’s wing of terrorists in India. Shaheen was in direct contact with Saheeda, sister of Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar, for brain-washing and training women to make them part of terrorist activities.
Close relationship with terrorist Dr. Muzammil
Dr. Shaheen’s close relationship with Dr. Muzammil, the terrorist arrested after the Delhi blasts, has been revealed. Dr. Shaheen, a native of Lucknow, is currently posted at Alfalah University, Faridabad. After interrogating Dr. Muzammil, who was associated with the terrorist organization, Jammu and Kashmir Police arrested Shaheen from Faridabad and he confessed to his relations with terrorists. According to the police, Shaheen had given permission to Muzammil to hide the AK-47 in his car. Investigation revealed that Shaheen is also a part of the terrorist network that carried out the Delhi blasts. Shaheen has admitted that she and Muzammil have been in a close relationship without marriage for a long time.
The responsibility of creating a women terrorist wing
Strict interrogation by the investigating agencies has revealed that Shaheen was in constant contact with Saheeda Azhar, sister of Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar, for the past several years. Masood, through his sister, had given Shaheen the responsibility of forming a women’s terror brigade by making her the chief of the women’s wing of Jaish in India. After Shaheen’s arrest, the ‘white collar’ terrorist module has also been exposed in the country. Investigation has revealed that Lady Doctor Shaheen had been handling the responsibility of India head of Jaish’s women’s wing Jamaat ul Mominat for the past several years. It is claimed that his target was to include as many women as possible in terrorist groups in India.
Dismissed from medical college in 2013
As soon as Dr. Shaheen’s relationship with GSVM Medical College of Kanpur came to light, the professors and staff of the medical college are shocked. According to records, Dr. Shaheen Saeed did MBBS from Prayagraj, after which he got appointment in Kanpur Medical College in the year 2006 after being selected from Public Service Commission. During her job, she was posted in Kannauj for six months between 2009 and 2010, and then got transferred back to Kanpur Medical College. Shaheen, a lecturer in the Pharmacology Department of the Medical College, had gone missing from GSVM in the year 2013 without any information. When no trace was found for a long time, the college administration sent a report to the government. After investigation and notice, the government dismissed him from service in the year 2021. Even during that time his official address was registered as Lucknow. In her last correspondence she wrote “Care of Dr. Parvez Saeed,” who is an assistant professor in the department of medicine at Integral University. Shaheen’s husband Dr. Zafar Saeed is a doctor of ophthalmology department. During posting in Kanpur, Shaheen lived in quarter number 29 of L.Block in the Medical College campus.
ATS searched old records in Kanpur
After Dr. Shaheen’s connection with Kanpur came to light, the ATS team has also reached Kanpur. The team scrutinized all the documents to his appointment, service and personal details from GSVM Medical College. The college administration has handed over a copy of the Lucknow address and old correspondence recorded in his file to the investigation team. Now the investigating agencies are trying to find out whether Dr. Shaheen had any contact with any terrorist organization during his stay in Kanpur. The people of the college are surprised to know that Shaheen, who once gave lectures, has been found involved in such a serious matter. Some staff members of the medical college, on the condition of anonymity, said that there was a lot of tension in Dr. Shaheen’s personal life. She often quarreled with her husband Zafar Hayat. Ultimately both of them got divorced in the year 2015. After this she disappeared from both Kanpur and Lucknow. Her behavior in college was normal, but she remained very quiet about her personal life.
