Govinda admitted to hospital: Looks like dark clouds are once again looming over Bollywood. After the recent hospitalization of veteran actors Dharmendra and Prem Chopra, now reports are coming that superstar Govinda has also been admitted to a hospital in Mumbai after his health suddenly deteriorated.

Over the past month, the film industry has faced several heartbreaking incidents – as if someone’s evil eye has fallen upon Bollywood. In October alone, the industry lost stalwarts like Asrani, Pankaj Dheer, Satish Shah, Piyush Pandey and others. And now, November has not started well either.

On November 10, both Dharmendra and Prem Chopra were admitted to hospital due to health complications. Now, the latest name to join the list is that of Bollywood Hero No. 1 – Govinda, who reportedly fell ill late last night.

Govinda reached hospital at night

According to reports, Govinda suddenly fainted at home after feeling uneasy. His family immediately contacted a doctor, who gave him some medicines. Medicines. However, when his condition did not improve, he was rushed to a private hospital in Mumbai around 1 am and admitted to the emergency ward. Govinda’s legal advisor Lalit Bindal confirmed this news while talking to NDTV. He said –

“After consulting the doctor, Govinda was given medicine, but there was no improvement in his condition. At around 1 am, he was taken to the hospital and admitted to the emergency ward. Doctors are currently treating him and several important medical tests have been conducted. We are awaiting the reports before making any further comments.”

Interestingly, just a day before, Govinda had gone to Breach Candy Hospital to inquire about the well being of veteran actor Dharmendra. Thankfully, Dharmendra has now been discharged and has returned home safely, while Prem Chopra’s condition is also improving.

Difficult times for Hindi cinema

The last few weeks have indeed been testing times for the Hindi film industry. Fans are extremely worried due to the demise of many favorite stars and hospitalization of veteran actors. Many people are praying for Govinda’s speedy recovery and hoping that this bad phase of Bollywood will end soon.
