On Wednesday, Pema Khandu, the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, traveled to Gujarat to participate in the 'Bharat Parv' event, commemorating the 150th birth anniversary of India's first Home Minister, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
Khandu expressed that this occasion represents a moment of national pride, as leaders and citizens across the country honor Patel's significant role in uniting India.
In a social media post, he shared, 'Today, I arrived in Vadodara, Gujarat, alongside my friend, the honorable Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Conrad Sangma. The nation is celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Iron Man, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, and we will participate in the Bharat Parv event held in Kevadia under the theme of 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.'
The Bharat Parv celebrations are set to take place in Ekta Nagar from November 1, culminating on November 15, coinciding with the birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda.
