Benoit Badiashile is progressing well with his rehabilitation and there is a chance of him returning to the squad against Burnley, though the Frenchman is yet to take part in full training.
football.london understands the 24-year-old defender is still doing individual work at the club's training centre in Cobham as he nears his return from a muscular injury. Badiashile could make the squad for when Chelsea return to Premier League action at Burnley on November 22, although that is not guaranteed at the time of writing.
Badiashile has had another injury-disrupted season for Chelsea thus far, with the French defender only featuring three times in all competitions. His last appearance came against Liverpool at the beginning of October, where the centre-back performed impressively before being taken off in the second-half with a problem.

Chelsea will be hoping their centre-backs return from international duty unscathed with Trevoh Chalobah being called up to England duty earlier this week, while Josh Acheampong is with the England Under-21s. Tosin Adarabioyo, Wesley Fofana and Jorrel Hato are all doing some work in Cobham over the next week and a half.
Elsewhere, Enzo Maresca is hopeful Cole Palmer will be able to return to action later this month. The 23-year-old has not featured for the Blues in almost two months as he has been struggling with a groin injury that has plagued his season thus far.
Chelsea welcome Barcelona to Stamford Bridge on November 25 and Maresca is hoping he can call upon Palmer for what is set to be a huge Champions League tie. Speaking last week, the Blues head coach said: "We hope so, but with Cole we try to plan, we try to schedule, you know, at the beginning. Then we need to review that. So in this moment we go day by day with Cole. He's not taking any session with the team.
"To be honest, I would like to have Cole here tomorrow. I would like to have Cole early. I said many times we are a better team with Cole. Unfortunately for us, he's out, he's injured, but for sure we want him back very soon."
