There is good news for the youth who are dreaming of jobs in the banking sector. Pune District Central Cooperative Bank (PDCC Bank) has announced big recruitment. The bank has issued official notification for recruitment to 434 posts. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the bank's website pdcc.bank.in.
In this recruitment, 70 percent posts have been reserved for candidates native of Pune district, while 30 percent posts will be open for candidates from other districts of Maharashtra. If sufficient eligible candidates are not found from outside districts, then those posts will also be filled with candidates from Pune.
While applying online, candidates will be required to upload their Domicile Certificate. Without this the application will not be considered valid. Candidates must have graduation or post graduation degree from a recognized university. Along with this, it is necessary to obtain at least 50 percent marks at the graduation level.
For this recruitment, the minimum age of the candidate has been fixed at 21 years and maximum age is 38 years. As per government rules, candidates belonging to reserved categories will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit.
Talking about salary, selected candidates are expected to get a salary ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 60,000 per month. Besides, the bank also provides allowances, medical facilities and promotion opportunities to its employees.
In the online examination conducted in the first phase, general knowledge, mathematical ability, reasoning, banking awareness and computer knowledge of the candidates will be tested. Candidates who pass the examination will be called for the second stage i.e. interview. The final selection will be made on the basis of marks of both the stages.
