Cheesy Maggi Recipe: Who doesn’t like Maggi? Whether you make it a simple five-minute Maggi or a Maggi with vegetables and spices. Material

Maggi – 1 pack
Milk – 1 cup
Water – ½ cup
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Onion (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
Capsicum/peas/sweet corn – a little
Maggi Masala – 1 pack
Cheese – 1 or 2 cheese slices or 2 tbsp grated cheese
Black pepper – ¼ tsp
Salt – as per taste

Method

  1. First of all heat the pan, add butter in it and let it melt. Now add onion and fry till it becomes light golden, if you want you can add other vegetables also.
  2. Now add milk and water to it and let it boil lightly. As soon as it boils, add Maggi noodles and Maggi masala.
  3. Cook on medium flame until noodles become soft. Now add cheese and mix well so that the cheese dissolves completely.
  4. Stir for 1–2 minutes until a creamy sauce-like texture is obtained. Turn off the gas and sprinkle some black pepper or chili flakes on top.
  5. Enjoy cheese pull by adding some grated cheese on top. If you have garlic bread or toast with it, the fun is double.
