New Delhi. Renowned Bollywood actor Dharmendra was discharged from Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai on Wednesday morning. The 89-year-old star had been admitted for routine check-ups over the past few days. Dr. Prateet Samdani confirmed that Dharmendra will continue his medical supervision at home, a decision made with the family's consent.

Upon his return home, Dharmendra's second wife, Hema Malini, expressed her relief. She shared, 'This has not been an easy time for me. I was very worried about Dharm Ji's health. His children have been unable to sleep well. However, I am happy that he is back home now. The rest is in God's hands. Please pray for him.'

The news of Dharmendra's recovery has sparked joy among fans and the film industry. His close friend Amitabh Bachchan visited him at his residence in Juhu, arriving by car. Director Anil Sharma also came to see him, stating that Dharmendra is a fighter and a hero who will soon be fully healthy.
