IND vs SA Test: India has the upper hand in Kolkata due to Bumrah’s five wickets

On the first day of the test match that started in Kolkata, the Indian team has tightened its grip on South Africa. Thanks to the brilliant performance of fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah, who took 5 wickets for 27 runs, South Africa's first innings was reduced to just 159 runs. This put India in a strong position in the early stages of the match. By the end of the first day's play, India had scored 37 runs at the loss of 1 wicket. Opener Yashasvi Jaiswal was out after scoring 12 runs. KL Rahul returned unbeaten after scoring 13 runs and Washington Sundar after scoring 6 runs.
