Sonbhadra Stone Mine Accident: A major accident occurred due to the collapse of a stone mine in Sonbhadra. Many laborers are feared to be buried under the debris after part of the hill collapsed. The administration and police team reached the spot and are carrying out the rescue operation.
Sonbhadra Landslide: A major accident took place in a stone mine in Sonbhadra district of Uttar Pradesh on Saturday. According to the information, a part of the hill near the mine suddenly caved in, due to which a huge amount of debris fell down. It is feared that several laborers and a compressor operator may be buried under the debris. The accident took place in Cati area of Obra police station area, where stone mining work is carried out regularly. As soon as information about the accident was received, SDM and police team reached the spot. Rescue operation has been started and the administration is trying to rescue the workers trapped under the debris as soon as possible.
