The ATP Finals semis have arrived and once again, Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz are the two favourites to advance. They are paired up against Alex de Minaur and Felix Auger-Aliassime respectively, with the Spanish star already getting one over on his rival by officially ending the year as the world No. 1.
Sinner is the defending champion in his homeland of Italy, but will need to overcome Aussie De Minaur after he advanced to the final four with victory over Taylor Fritz. Auger-Aliassime qualified for the semis after a win over Alexander Zverev last night, after the German had been booed before even entering the court.
They will all play on Saturday for a place in the final, where a whopping £1.75million will be awarded to the champion. Should that victor end up undefeated in Turin, they would be awarded an additional £3.8m.
