Winter Skin Care Tips in Hindi: Winter season is going on, in this changing season the temperature is sometimes cold and sometimes normal. This weather has an impact on health but the skin becomes dry. Today we are giving you information about healthy skin care routine which is necessary to make the skin soft and glowing.
1. Moisturizer- In winter the skin becomes dry and cracked. In this, the natural oil layer of the skin reduces due to exposure to cold winds. For this, hydration becomes very important. To make your face soft, make a habit of applying creamy moisturizer every morning and night. For this, it is better if you choose a moisturizer with hyaluronic acid, shea butter or glycerin.
2. Lip Balm- Apart from the skin, lips also get damaged in winter. Due to cold winds, lips start cracking quickly and oil does not remain on the lips. Make a habit of applying lip balm regularly. Here, natural lip balms containing shea butter, vitamin E, cocoa butter or beeswax work to lock the moisture of the lips.
3. Face Oil- There is no better option for the face than oil to provide moisture and nourishment to the skin. Applying 2–3 drops of face oil in your night skincare routine keeps the skin moisturized and glowing. Rosehip, argan or almond oil are the best choices. It works to block the pores of the skin.
4. Hand and Foot Cream – Dryness is also seen in hands and feet during winter season. For this, you must apply hand-foot cream every day after bathing and before sleeping. This hand and foot cream contains urea, shea butter or cocoa butter which restores moisture to dry skin.
5. Hydrating Serum- To regain moisture from dry skin, you can apply hydrating serum on the face. Serums containing hyaluronic acid and vitamin C are best for winters which make the skin shiny, soft and tight.
6. Sunscreen- You must apply sunscreen even in winter season. To improve skin in winter, apply sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher daily during the day. It protects the skin from pigmentation, aging and tanning.
