New Delhi. Before IPL 2026, a big deal has been signed between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Rajasthan Royals (RR). CSK’s star player Ravindra Jadeja has been sent from CSK to Rajasthan Royals. Now Jadeja will be seen playing for Rajasthan Royals in the next season with a hefty salary of Rs 14 crore. At the same time, Rajasthan has decided to send its captain Sanju Samson to CSK. Sanju will join CSK with a hefty sum of Rs 18 crore. This deal was going on between the two teams for a long time.

RR captain and India’s wicketkeeper batsman Sanju Samsam will now play for Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

* Samson has joined CSK for his current fee of ₹18 crore.
* Samson, who has played 177 matches, will be one of the most experienced batsmen to join the history of CSK.

Sam Curran – joins RR from CSK

English all-rounder Sam Curran has been traded from CSK to RR.

* His fee of Rs 2.4 crore will remain intact.
* Karan will now play for his third franchise in IPL.

Mohammed Shami – now part of LSG

Senior fast bowler Mohammed Shami has been traded from Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) to Lucknow (LSG).

* With experience of 119 matches and 2023 Purple Cup winner, Shami can prove to be a big weapon for LSG.

Mayank Markandey – returns to Mumbai Indians

Leg-spinner Mayank has returned from (KKR) to Mumbai Indians (MI).

* He will join MI at the current fee of Rs 30 lakh only.
* Markandey, who has played 37 matches and 37 wickets, will become an important spin option for MI.

Arjun Tendulkar – now in LSG

Young bowling all-rounder Arjun Tendulkar has been traded from MI to LSG.

* He will join LSG at the current fee of Rs 30 lakh.

Nitish Rana – New part of Delhi Capitals

Left-handed batsman Nitish Rana has been traded from RR to DC.

* He will join DC for a fee of Rs 4.2 crore.
* Rana captained KKR in 2023 and has played more than 100 IPL matches.

Donovan Ferreira – returns to RR
