National Medical Commission removed their names from the official register
New Delhi . Four accused involved in Delhi blast will no longer be able to practice medicine. The National Medical Commission has removed his name from its official register. The National Medical Commission has struck off the names of Dr. Muzaffar, Dr. Adeel, Dr. Muzammil and Dr. Shaheen from the National Medical Commission after a case was registered under UAPA after the Delhi blasts. After this, till the next order of the Commission, these doctors will not be able to practice nor will they be able to treat patients.
According to media reports, these terrorist doctors involved in the Delhi blast will never be able to return to public life after being found guilty by the court. On November 10, 2900 kg of explosives were recovered and 8 people including these doctors were arrested in the investigation of the car explosion near the Red Fort, while many people have been detained. So far 13 people have died in this blast.
In a public notice, the National Medical Commission listed the allegations made in the FIR registered against these doctors and said that these doctors, registered with the Jammu and Kashmir Medical Council, have been found involved in the case on the basis of evidence collected by the investigating agencies. The Commission said that such association or conduct is prima facie not in keeping with the standards of ethics, integrity and public trust expected of members of the medical profession.
The notice said that the Jammu and Kashmir Medical Council has ordered to cancel the registration of Dr. Ahmed, Dr. Rather, Dr. Shakeel and Dr. Saeed and directed that their names be immediately removed from the list of medical practitioners. The NMC notice said that as a result of such deletion of names, these doctors will not be entitled to practice medicine or hold any post as a medical practitioner until further orders.
The notice states that now in view of the notifications of November 13 regarding cancellation of registration of the above doctors issued by the Jammu and Kashmir Medical Council, their names should be removed from the Indian Medical Register/National Medical Register with immediate effect. On the morning of 10 November, police announced that 360 kg of ammonium nitrate had been recovered from the rented house of Dr. Muzammil at Al Falah University, Faridabad. The terrorist doctor is a resident of Pulwama district of South Kashmir.
Police is looking for Dr. Muzaffar of Al Falah University. After interrogating the arrested people, Qazigund resident Muzaffar came under investigation. He fled India in August and is believed to be in Afghanistan. Police have approached Interpol for a Red Corner Notice against him. Dr. Shaheen, a female terrorist from Lucknow, was aware of the conspiracy being hatched by the three doctors.
