Material
- Spinach – 2 cups (finely chopped)
- Boiled potatoes – 3-4 (crushed)
- Gram flour or breadcrumbs – 3-4 teaspoons
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
- Green chilli – 1-2 (finely chopped)
- Red chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
- Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
- Dry mango/lemon juice – ½ tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Oil – for shallow frying

Recipe (Spinach Tikki Recipe)
1- Wash spinach and boil it lightly. Squeeze out the water and chop finely.
2- Mix boiled potatoes, spinach, spices, gram flour/breadcrumbs well.
3- Make small tikkis from the mixture. Pour some oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until they become golden on both sides.
4- Serve with hot tomato or coriander chutney.
