Yameen Vikat, Thakurdwara. Fed up with the heinous actions and blackmail of two boys, a 16-year-old student committed suicide by hanging herself from the fan in her own house. The incident is so painful that the entire area is in shock. The girl clearly wrote the names of both the accused in the suicide note and told that they were continuously blackmailing her.

What happened the whole incident?

Aksha Malik, 16, daughter of Sharif Malik, resident of Kishanpur Gaondi village of Kotwali area, hanged herself by making a noose of dupatta from a fan in a room of the house last evening. When the family members came to know, there was chaos in the house. As soon as the information was received, Thakurdwara Kotwali police and forensic team reached the spot, inspected the room closely and sent the body for post-mortem.

been troubling me for a year

Aksha studied in a private educational institution in Thakurdwara. Family members told that for the last one year, a young man from the village was continuously harassing her by calling and sending messages. Just two days ago his friend had also called and threatened him. The family members angrily went to the accused’s house and scolded him.

Aksha came to know about this and she became very nervous. He was afraid that now his family members would be angry with him and would scold him. Troubled by this fear and the burden of blackmail, he took this dreadful step.

Suicide note revealed all the secrets

Aksha has clearly written in the suicide note that both the youth were blackmailing her and she was fed up of living. Father Sharif Malik lodged a complaint in the police station, after which the police registered a case against both the accused. The police are now conducting raids to arrest both of them.
