What's the story
Star New Zealand batter Devon Conway played a solid knock in the opening ODI against the West Indies at the Hagley Oval, Christchurch.
He was, however, unfortunate to be dismissed one short of a fine half-century, having been dismissed for 49.
Nevertheless, the southpaw went past 1,500 runs in ODI cricket during his stay.

Batting first in the game, the Kiwis were off to a woeful start with top-order batters Rachin Ravindra (4) and Will Young (0) falling cheaply.
However, Conway then found a potent partner in Daryl Mitchell, as the duo steadied the ship with a 67-run stand for the third wicket.
The partnership was broken with Conway's dismissal as Justin Greaves trapped him.
