Aloo Chaat Recipe: Chaat is a dish which everyone likes very much and eating hot chaat during cold days is a different pleasure. Today we will tell you an easy and very tasty recipe of Delhi Style Aloo Chaat, which you can make immediately for a spicy breakfast in the rosy cold of winter. So let us know the easy recipe to make it at home.

Material

Boiled potatoes (cut into cubes) – 3–4
Oil-2 tbsp
Red chilli powder-1 teaspoon
Turmeric-½ teaspoon
Roasted cumin – 1 teaspoon ground
Chaat masala-1 teaspoon
Black salt-½ teaspoon
salt-as per taste
Tamarind Chutney-1 tablespoon
Green chutney-1 tablespoon
Green chilli (finely chopped) – 1–2
Onion-1 tablespoon finely chopped
Lemon juice – a little
Fresh coriander (chopped)

Method (Aloo Chaat Recipe)

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Crush the boiled potatoes by pressing them lightly. Put them in the pan and fry on medium flame till they become golden and crispy.
  2. Add red chilli, turmeric, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt and common salt to the crispy potatoes. Mix the spices well in the potatoes while stirring for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Turn off the gas and take out the roasted spicy potatoes in a big bowl. Add onion, green chilli, green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney on top. Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
