Materials:

  • Radish
  • Green chillies
  • Oil
  • wheat flour
  • Red chillies
  • Coriander
  • salt
  • Coriander powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Turmeric

Action:

  • To make radish paratha, first of all, take wheat flour in a plate and add salt and oil to taste and mix well.
  • Then add water as required and knead the dough.
  • In a large bowl, add grated radish, red chillies, salt to taste, turmeric, coriander cumin powder, finely chopped onion, chaat masala and mix well.
  • Make small balls of wheat flour and make its pari. Fill it with radish mixture and gently roll the paratha.
