The State Bank of India (SBI) has released the interview call letters for the 2025 Probationary Officer (PO) recruitment. Candidates who qualified the SBI PO Mains exam can now download their call letters from the bank’s official career portal. The download window opened on November 18, 2025, and will remain active until November 30, 2025. All shortlisted candidates must carry a printed copy of the call letter to their allotted interview center.

SBI is one of the most prestigious banking institutions in the country, and securing the position of PO requires clearing all three stages of its rigorous selection process. After successfully completing the preliminary and main examinations, candidates will now appear for the final phase—Group Exercises and Personal Interview.

They must enter their registration details, verify the information, and download the document. It is recommended to print multiple copies to avoid last-minute inconvenience.

The call letter will remain available for download only until November 30, so applicants should ensure they complete the process well before the deadline.

The final selection for SBI PO posts is conducted under Phase III, which evaluates the candidate’s personality, communication skills, leadership qualities and overall suitability for the role.

The process consists of three components:

This test helps the interview panel understand the personality traits, behavioural patterns and decision-making approach of each candidate. It is a crucial component that allows the panel to assess how well the applicant aligns with the profile of a Probationary Officer.

The psychometric report is made available to the interviewers before the final interaction.

In this round, candidates participate in group-based tasks designed to evaluate:

The GE score plays an important role in the final merit calculation.

The Personal Interview is the final and most decisive stage. Candidates are evaluated on:

The final merit list is prepared based on the combined score of the Group Exercise and Personal Interview.
