The 74-year-old leader, who was the Chief Minister of Bihar for most of the last two decades, will be administered the oath by Governor Arif Mohammad Khan.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and IT Minister Nara Lokesh will attend the swearing-in ceremony of the new Bihar government in Patna on November 20. Both will leave for Patna from Vijayawada at 8 in the morning. The swearing-in ceremony will take place at Gandhi Maidan at 10.20 am. After the program, the father and son will leave from Patna at 1 pm and are expected to return to Andhra Pradesh by 3 pm.
