How is Bihari Special Matar Ka Jhol made?
Step 1 – First of all, take fresh green peas and wash them, then put them in a pan.
Step 2 – Then add some water to it, add turmeric powder and salt, cover it and let it cook for some time.
Step 3- After that, add chopped tomatoes and coriander powder and cover it again.
Step 4 – Now put garlic leaves, green chillies, ginger, and coriander leaves in a mixer, add some water, and make a paste.
Step 5 – Now mash the peas and tomatoes a little, and then add the green paste to it, mix it, and cook it covered for 4-5 minutes.
Step 6 – Now put some ghee in a small pan, add cumin seeds and asafoetida to it and mix it with the peas dal.
Step 7 – Now serve it with rice.
