  • Go to echallan.parivahan.gov.in
  • Open Complaint tab
  • Fill challan number, vehicle number and driving license details
  • Upload supporting documents
  • Click on Submit

After submission, you get a reference number with which you can track the status of the complaint. However, the easiest way to avoid this is to avoid wearing black clothes while driving.
