Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra passed away at the age of 89. He breathed his last on Monday morning on November 24, 2025. After being discharged from Breach Candy Hospital on November 12, the actor had been ill for a long time and was receiving treatment at home. Dharmendra’s condition suddenly worsened on Monday morning, after which he passed away An era in Hindi cinema has come to an end with the death of veteran actor Dharmendra. The entire Deol family is together in this sad time.

Some emotional videos of their final farewell have surfaced, in which an emotional Hema Malini can be seen, her frustration visible even through the car window. On hearing the news of her father’s death, Esha Deol rushed to the crematorium in Vile Parle to see him. Distraught, she covered her face with dupatta to hide her emotions.

Dharmendra’s cremation took place at a crematorium in Vile Parle, where many celebrities including Salman Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan attended. His elder son Sunny Deol lit the funeral pyre.

Dharmendra started treatment at home. But his health continued to deteriorate. Dharmendra was struggling to breathe and had many age- problems. Despite constant monitoring by medical teams at the hospital and at home, his condition remained critical. His family members continued to care for him. Ambulances and doctors were arranged at Dharmendra’s house for immediate help in case of any emergency.
