2025 Mahindra BE 6 Formula E Edition: Mahindra is constantly giving new surprises in electric SUV segment. After Batman Edition, the company has now launched another special avatar of its futuristic BE 6 SUV Formula E Edition. It is a tremendous mix of edition electric performance and motorsport-inspired styling.
Its prices start at ₹23.69 lakhs and have been introduced in two variants FE2 and FE3. Mahindra has not only made design special in this Edition, but has also included many features that are not found in regular BE 6. So let’s understand how special Formula E Edition is.

Price & Powertrain
Mahindra BE 6 Formula E Edition gets the same 79kWh battery pack that comes in bigger variants of BE 6. This SUV with rear-wheel-drive setup does not look less than any sporty electric car in performance. The 286hp power and 380Nm torque let it hold a speed of 0–100 km / h in just 6.7 seconds, while the top speed goes up to 202 km / h.
According to the MIDC cycle of let you know, its claimed range is 683 km, which gives a great balance in both highway cruising and daily city driving. The FE2 is priced at ₹23.69 lakhs, while the FE3 variant gets ₹24.49 lakhs. Speaking of competition, BE 6 Formula E Edition Hyundai Creta Electric challenges models like MG ZS EV, and the soon-to-come Maruti e Vitara and Tata Sierra EV will also rival it.
Design & Colors
The Formula E Edition gets several cosmetic changes over the regular BE 6 that give it the vibe of an authentic motorsport-inspired electric SUV. Thick black body cladding, new circular LED projector headlights and sporty decals give it a very aggressive and standout look.
It is offered in four exterior colours: Everest White, Firestorm Orange, Tango Red and Stealth Black. All these shades are also available on the regular BE 6, but the Formula E styling elements give it a distinct identity.

Large dual 12.3-inch screens, ambient mood lighting, Harman Kardon 16-speaker sound system, wireless connectivity and spacious layout make this interior quite modern.
FE2 Variant
Entry variant FE2 may cost ₹23.69 lakhs, but left no shortage of features. Panoramic glass roof, all-LED lights, sporty decals, 19-inch alloy wheels and orange brake calipers give it a look of premium sporty SUV from outside.

Cabin finds features such as dual display, wireless phone charging, 65W fast type-C ports, dual-zone climate control, rain-sensing wipers, wireless Android Auto/CarPlay and pooled storage.
Safety includes 6 airbags, disc brakes on all wheels, TPMS, 360-degree camera, blind view monitor, parking sensors and driver drowsiness detection. This gives strong balance of variant features and pricing, especially for buyers who want premium EV features even without ADAS.

FE3 Variant
Let me tell you that the FE3 variant costs ₹24.49 lakhs and is based on FE2. It gets the largest upgrade adaptive suspension system, which makes ride quality noticeably smoother and planted. Also 20-inch alloy wheels and puddle lamps increase its premium appeal.
