New Delhi: Oakley and Meta have launched new performance AI glasses in India called Oakley Meta HSTN. The glasses mix Oakley’s sport-focused design with Meta’s AI and camera tech. They are meant for people who want hands-free tools while working out, travelling, or doing outdoor activities.

Meta is bringing its Oakley AI smart glasses to India, now with Hindi support. The glasses use Meta’s AI to answer questions, identify objects, translate text, and take photos or videos without using hands. Adding Hindi makes the device easier for non-English users. It shows that Meta aims to grow AI wearables in India and push its larger plan for personal AI devices.

Open-ear speakers built into the frame, so you can listen to music or calls while still hearing your surroundings.

You can control the glasses using your voice.

The glasses can connect with Strava and Garmin. This helps track workouts without looking at a phone.

Meta AI now has a Deepika Padukone voice option (Indian English).

You can ask the glasses to take photos, record videos, get weather updates, reply to messages, or play music using simple commands. Example: “Hey Meta, take a video.”

Oakley Meta HSTN will come in six frame and lens options, all available with prescription lenses if needed.

Oakley Meta HSTN is available at a starting price of Rs 41,800. Buyers can place pre-orders from 25 November 2025 on Sunglass Hut India. However, in-store and online sales will begin from 1 December 2025.
