Uttar Pradesh Moradabad road accident: Sunday turned out to be a fateful day for a family in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. A heart-wrenching accident took place on the Delhi-Lucknow highway, where an out-of-control roadways bus hit an auto with such force that it left onlookers shivering. In this tragic accident, 5 people of the same family, who were going to attend the wedding ceremony, died on the spot, while many people are struggling between life and death. The happy journey turned into screaming in a moment.

This horrific accident happened near Mundapande Zero Point ahead of Rafatpur underpass in Katghar police station area. The speeding roadways bus coming from the front crushed the auto. The collision was so severe that the auto was blown apart and the passengers got trapped badly. The local people immediately extended their helping hand and informed the police. The police have taken the injured to the district hospital, where the condition of two people remains very critical.

The happiness of marriage turned into mourning

The auto driver who was the victim of the accident has been identified as Mati alias Sanju, who was a resident of Abdullahpur, Kundarki. Sanju was going to attend the wedding ceremony of a relative at Rafatpur Katghar with his entire family in an auto. Everyone had come out of the house laughing, hoping to celebrate the wedding, but as soon as they reached the highway, time surrounded them. The entire family was wiped out in one fell swoop by the bus collision. The scene at the spot brought tears to everyone’s eyes. Five people lost their lives on the spot, due to which there was chaos there.

Long jam on the road and police action

After this horrific accident, long queues of vehicles formed on the Delhi-Lucknow highway and a severe traffic jam was created. A crowd of people gathered due to which the traffic came to a complete standstill. As soon as the information was received, Katghar police reached the spot and controlled the crowd. The police had to make a lot of efforts to clear the jam. Traffic was restored by removing the damaged vehicles from the road. The police have closely inspected the accident site and started investigating the matter. One carelessness left the family laughing and in ruins.
