Pakistani actress Ramsha Khan is back in the spotlight as fans discuss her changing appearance over the years. She is known for her hit dramas including Mah-e-Tamaam, Khud Parast, Kaisa Hai Naseeba, Ishqiya, Sinf-e-Aahan, Hum Tum, Shehnai, and her latest ARY Digital project Biryani. Her performances and beauty have earned her a strong fan base, with over 3.4 million followers on Instagram.

Recently, a 15-year-old clip of Ramsha from the show Living on the Edge resurfaced on social media. In the video, she looked noticeably different from her current appearance. This led fans to speculate that she may have undergone cosmetic procedures over the years.

To clarify, Dubai-based dermatologist Dr. Saman Zeeshan shared her professional opinion on Ramsha’s enhancements. She explained the changes she observed and offered insights into possible cosmetic work.

Dr. Saman noted that lip fillers were the most visible change. She said Ramsha previously had thinner lips, which now appear fuller and more defined. The enhancement, she said, is well-executed and suits Ramsha’s natural features.

The dermatologist also mentioned cheek contouring. She explained that as people age, facial fat naturally decreases. Ramsha’s cheeks, however, now appear more sculpted and defined, indicating subtle enhancements.

Dr. Saman further observed that Ramsha’s nasal bridge looks straighter, effectively masking a small hump seen in older videos. She added that this could be achieved through minor procedures and does not suggest major surgery.

Importantly, the dermatologist emphasized that Ramsha appears to have had only minor cosmetic enhancements. She praised the actress for maintaining her natural beauty while subtly refining certain features.
