JEE Main 2026: The window for corrections to the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 exam form will open today, December 1st. Candidates wishing to make changes to their JEE Main form will need to visit the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in. This correction window will remain open until December 5th, 2025.

To make corrections to the JEE Main form, you must log in by entering your application number and password. The JEE Main exam will be conducted in 13 shifts.

What changes can be made to the JEE Main form?
Your name (applicant name), father's or mother's name (if there is a mistake in the name)
Your 10th and 12th (or equivalent) educational information – board, roll number, passing year, etc.
State Code of Eligibility
Date of Birth
Category/Sub-category or PwD status (if applicable)
Uploading or Changing Signature
The exam paper/course you wish to appear for—e.g., B.E./B.Tech, B.Arch, etc.
Exam city, medium, etc., if applicable, according to your address.
Identity details (if you provided something other than Aadhaar)

What cannot be changed?
Mobile number cannot be changed.
The email address cannot be changed.
Permanent address and current address cannot be changed.
Emergency contact details cannot be changed.
Candidates cannot change their photograph.

Is there a fee for corrections?
No fee is required for corrections to information such as name, date of birth, school/board information, and medium of examination. But if someone changes their category, chooses more than one paper for the exam, or chooses an exam centre abroad, then a fee will have to be paid.
