202 plots will be allotted through lottery

Let us tell you that under this scheme proposed in Makhupura area, out of total 288 plots, 202 general residential plots will be given to needy families through lottery. The special thing is that the scheme is located on Ajmer-Naseerabad Road on National Highway 79, due to which the residents will be able to easily get excellent connectivity and employment opportunities. It is the result of the foresight of CM Bhajanlal Sharma that this 10th housing scheme of ADA has become so attractive and affordable.

Online application starts, last date 31 December

Realizing the Digital Rajasthan vision of CM Bhajanlal Sharma, a completely online application process for this scheme has been started. Interested applicants will be able to apply only till 31 December 2025. Offline applications will not be accepted. With a minimum application fee of only Rs 1000, even poor families can easily apply. Successful applicants will be selected in a transparent manner through lottery on January 14.

51 corner plots and 35 shops, houses will be available along with employment

51 premium corner plots are also kept in the scheme, which will provide additional convenience and value added benefits to the allottees. There is also a provision for 35 shops which will be auctioned through public bidding. This will not only provide houses to the people but will also create self-employment opportunities. It is the effort of Bhajan Lal government that every poor person has his own house and also permanent arrangement for livelihood.
