Shikha Saxena | December 1, 2025 2:15 PM CST

Commercial gas cylinders have become cheaper. The prices of LPG commercial cylinders have been reduced in the monthly regulated rates from December 1. The price of commercial LPG cylinders has been reduced by Rs 10 from Monday.

However, it should be noted that while the prices of commercial cylinders have been reduced, no change has been made in the prices of domestic cylinders. This means that the prices of domestic cylinders have neither increased nor decreased. Earlier, last month, the prices of commercial gas cylinders were reduced by Rs 5.

What is the rate in the city?
According to Indian Oil's official website, after a ₹10 price cut, a 19-kilogram commercial gas cylinder will be available in Delhi for ₹1,580.50 from December 1, 2025, down from ₹1,590.50 currently.
The price of a 19-kilogram cylinder in Kolkata has now dropped to ₹1,684.00.

The same price has dropped to ₹1,531.50 in Mumbai.

The price of a commercial gas cylinder in Chennai has now dropped to ₹1,739.50.

Who will get relief?
The reduction in commercial gas cylinder prices will provide relief to hotels, restaurants, and other commercial institutions, allowing them to reduce their expenses slightly. A month ago, in November, the price was reduced by ₹5. However, the price of a 14.2-kilogram domestic LPG cylinder remained unchanged.

Domestic Gas Cylinder Prices
The price of a 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder in Delhi remains unchanged at ₹853. In Mumbai, it is ₹852.50, in Lucknow ₹890.50, in Chennai ₹868.50, and in Kolkata ₹879.
