Professional on 1st December 2025 LPG cylinder And domestic LPG cylinder prices were updated. Oil and gas companies today reduced the prices of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders. However, there has been no change or any reduction in the price of domestic LPG cylinders. However, the rate reduction is marginal for 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders; LPG cylinder prices change on the first day of every month.

How much did the price drop?

The price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder has been reduced by Rs. Earlier last month this price was just Rs.5. However, a significant increase was made in September. The reduced rates will be effective from today. In Delhi, the price has come down from 1590.50 to 1580.50. Domestic LPG cylinder price remains at Rs.853.

Oil and gas companies review LPG cylinder prices every month and announce new rates on the first day of every month. This is the second consecutive cut for commercial gas cylinders. Earlier in October, the prices were increased by 15.50. However, prior to that, there were continuous reductions.

  • Delhi: ₹1580.50
  • Kolkata: ₹1684.00
  • Chennai: ₹1739.50

Prices of domestic gas cylinders have not changed

Domestic by oil companies of LPG cylinders Prices have not changed. This means consumers will not have to pay any extra for domestic LPG. Prices in major cities across the country are as follows:

  • Mumbai: ₹852.50
  • Delhi: ₹853
  • Lucknow: ₹890.50
  • Varanasi: ₹916.50
  • Ahmedabad: ₹860
  • Hyderabad: ₹905
  • Patna: ₹951

The continued stability in these prices has come as a big relief to domestic consumers, especially at a time when prices of many other essential commodities are on the rise.

Who was relieved?

People associated with hotels, restaurants and food businesses will benefit from the reduction in LPG rates. The general public has not got any relief today. LPG cylinders for domestic use still cost between ₹850 and ₹960 in different cities. The general public is also waiting for a massive rate cut. Earlier in the month of July as well there was a price cut, there was no change in the price of LPG cylinders used for domestic consumption last month as well.
