New Delhi. Saket Court of Delhi has sent Al-Falah University founder Javed Siddiqui to judicial custody for 14 days. Javed Siddiqui, best known as the founder of Al-Falah University. After the recent terrorist attack in Delhi, Javed was arrested by the investigating agencies on some charges. After the hearing, the court has ordered to send Javed Siddiqui to judicial custody for 14 days. This means that now he will have to stay in jail and during this time the investigating agency will interrogate him.

Know the crime horoscope of the owner of Al Falah University
Javed Ahmed Siddiqui (61), owner of Al Falah University, has been in jail for three years. Earlier he used to work in chit fund. After that he did not give money to the people. 14 to 15 FIRs were registered against him. It is believed that he used this money to establish the university. However later he returned everyone’s money. He was acquitted of all the cases.
Siddiqui and his brother Saud Ahmed were named in the FIR (No. 43/2000) registered in 2000, which was registered at the New Friends Colony Police Station in New Delhi under sections 420 (cheating), 406 and 409 (breach of criminal trust), 468 (forgery to commit fraud), 471 of the IPC. It was registered under IPC (use of forged documents) and 120B (criminal conspiracy). He was accused of embezzlement of Rs 7.5 crore.
Malik Javed has done B.Tech in Civil Engineer from Indore. After this, he started working as an Assistant Professor in Jamia Millia University in the year 1992. He worked here till January 1994. Both his sisters live in Dubai. Both sons also live in Dubai.

Javed Ahmed Siddiqui is the chairman of the Al-Falah Charitable Trust, which runs the Faridabad-based Al-Falah University of Medical Sciences and Research Centre. Faridabad-based Al-Falah University is to nine companies, whose managing trustee is Javed Ahmed Siddiqui. Siddiqui is the director of these nine companies, which are to investment, education, software, energy, export and consultancy.
Javed Ahmed Siddiqui, who has an engineering degree from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, is the chairman of Al-Falah Charitable Trust. Al Falah University is now at the center of that investigation.
According to records, Siddiqui’s oldest association is with Al-Falah Investment Company, which he joined on September 18, 1992. Other companies include Al-Falah Software, Al-Falah Energies, Tarbiya Education Foundation and Al-Falah Education Service, which he joined recently (on 26 December 2023). Most of the companies have the same registration address – 274-A, Al-Falah House, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi. This is the same building from where Al-Falah Charitable Trust operates.
The university was started in 1997 as an engineering college. The name of Usama Akhtar is also included in the trust and companies, who has been a member of the governing body of Al-Falah School of Engineering. According to her LinkedIn profile, she currently lives in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and is associated with several businesses there. His name is listed as a director in companies such as Al-Falah Education Service and MJH Developers. Alia Siddiqui’s name is also in the list of trustees.
