Materials:
- banana
- Cardamom powder
- jaggery
- water
- wheat flour
- semolina
- Rice flour
- Kiss of wet coconut
- ghee
- Baking soda

Action:
- To make banana appa first, peel the banana and cut it into small pieces. Then mash the banana with a spoon.
- Add wheat flour, rice flour, semolina, cardamom powder and grated jaggery to the mashed banana and mix well.
- Mix jaggery powder or grated jaggery well in the prepared mixture. This will increase the sweetness of the food.
- Then add grated coconut, baking soda and salt to taste and mix well.
- To make the appe keep the appe utensil to heat. Then add ghee and heat it. Put the prepared mixture in your vessel and keep it covered for some time.
- Fry the appa until it becomes crispy on both sides.
- Easy banana appa is ready. This dish goes very well with tea.
