- First of all, sit straight on the floor and sit in Dandasana posture with both legs extended forward.
- Keep the spine completely straight.
- Now bend the left leg and place its heel near the right hip.
- Then bend the right leg and place its heel near the left hip, in this way the right knee will come just above the left knee.
- Now take the right hand from above the shoulder behind the back and the left hand from below the waist behind the back and interlace the fingers of both the hands.
- Pull the hands towards each other as comfortably as possible. Keep your eyes forward, keep your spine straight and take normal deep breaths.
- Wait in this position for 20-25 seconds. Doing a few minutes daily brings flexibility in shoulders, chest and waist.
