Elon Musk becomes father
The world's biggest businessman Elon Musk has become a father. His partner has given birth to a son. He himself has given information about this. Musk told that his partner belongs to India. Her name is Shivan Jilis who is an officer of Neuralink. Apart from this, he also told that the son's middle name has been named Shekhar, which is inspired by Indian-American scientist and Nobel Prize winner Subrahmanyam Chandrashekhar.
He recently did a podcast with Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath, in which he discussed about his personal life and also told about his partner Shivon Gillis and child. Musk said that Shivone is half Indian. In the same conversation, Musk told that he has named his son Shekhar after Indian-origin American scientist Chandrashekhar. Chandrashekhar was a scientist of Indian-American origin, who received the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1983.
Who is Shivon Jillis?
Elon Musk told that Shivon Gillis has grown up in Canada since childhood. He was adopted at a young age. It is believed that his biological father was once an exchange student at the university. Musk clearly said that he does not know the whole story, so he cannot give much information. That is, Shivon Zilis's roots are considered to be from India, but her childhood and entire life was spent in Canada.
Shivon Gillis has been working in the field of tech and artificial intelligence for many years. She joined Elon Musk's company Neuralink in 2017 and today is the Director of Operations and Special Projects there. He was born and brought up in Ontario, Canada. She studied economics and philosophy at Yale University and was also the goalkeeper of the ice hockey team in college. After completing his studies, he worked in IBM and Bloomberg. Later she joined a venture capital firm named Bloomberg Beta and worked with startups.
