Materials:
- Udid dal
- Mugdal

- Fenugreek seeds

Action:
- To make multigrain dosa, firstly, add urad dal, green moong, cowpea and fenugreek seeds in a large bowl and rinse with water.
- After that, add two glasses of water and keep all the ingredients soaked.
- In another bowl wash idli rice, quiona, ragi, oats with clean water and add water to it and keep it soaked for 10 hours.
- Put all the soaked ingredients in a mixer bowl and make a fine paste. While preparing the dosa dough, add some water to it.
- Add salt to the prepared mixture and mix well. Keep the pan to heat.
- Spread oil on a hot pan and add the dosa batter and spread it evenly. Then add oil to the side and fry the dosa on both sides till it gets crispy.
- Multigrain dosa made in an easy way is ready. This dosa goes very well with coconut chutney.
